The Maze Runner by James Dashner

The Maze Runner
The Maze Runner is about a boy (Thomas) who wakes up in a box in the middle of a maze with no memories of his past life. The maze goes on forever and the walls move every night. Grievers appear every night in the maze and will kill anyone they see. All of the other teenagers in the maze are boys. Then one day a girl, Teresa, arrives in the box. The Gladers (the teens who live in a glade in the center of the maze) must find a way out of the maze before they all die. The creators of the maze, W.I.C.K.E.D, they find are good, or so they think. Suddenly other people come into the room and take them away saying that W.I.C.K.E.D is testing orphans for an experiment. And that they want the surviving Gladers to help them. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and can’t wait to read the second book.
